Treatments

Reiki treatments typically last about 60 minutes.

During a session, you'll lie on a massage table fully clothed as your reiki practitioner gently places the hands, palms down, on or just above your body in specific energy locations. We use a series of 12 to 15 different hand positions.

The benefit is that we will able to stimulate your body's natural healing abilities.

Aromatherapy uses essential oils to make you feel calm, relaxed, or energised. The oils work with your sense of smell.

At the start of a typical aromatherapy consultation, your therapist will ask about your medical history, general health, diet, sleep patterns and lifestyle. This is to help her decide which oils are most appropriate for you.

You may be directed to breathe in essential oils directly from a piece of cloth or indirectly through steam inhalations, vaporizers, or sprays.

After choosing your essential oils, the aromatherapist will blend them with a carrier oil, then gently warm the mixture.

Depending on the treatment you're having, the therapist will massage the oil into your hands or feet. Your massage will be smooth and flowing, designed to instil a sense of relaxation and calm. Research has demonstrated that aromatherapy, can improve mood, lessen anxiety and more positive immediately.

Everything around us is energy, and crystals have become a popular tool to connect to the varying energies,and heal from them.

Crystal healing is quite literal in its name, It is using the energy of crystals and their healing modalities in practice, both on yourself and for others. Crystals are the vehicle by which we experience these high frequencies and energies. crystals’ frequencies directly correlate to certain chakras, making crystal healing an extremely useful healing method.

With Crystals you don’t have to do too much work to feel the calming vibrations.

When you walk in to any reader’s studio for the first time, leave your expectations and stereotypes at the door and come in with an open mind. You may be surprised at how “normal” we are and how helpful tarot can be.

You’ll be treated with respect, friendliness, and kindness. (The aura of mystery and sketchy behavior you see in movies – not so much.)

Your reader has a sincere desire to help you. (That’s why we get into this work.)

You’ll feel comfortable telling your reader your situation because they won’t judge you. (We have our own skeletons.)

Complete confidentiality. Your secrets are safe with us. (PS we’ll forget anyhow.)

If you are brand new to tarot, the reader will explain how they read (each reader is different) and answer any questions.

They will allow you to record your session (if they are reading you over the phone, they may do it for you).

If something negative comes up in the reading, they will help you to find strategies. Again, you are always in control of your life – life doesn’t just “happen” to you. You’ll walk out feeling empowered
